We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that colours, images, or descriptions on the website are entirely accurate or complete.

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for physical products in their original, unused condition. Digital products and e-books are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@avexair.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
